Ms. Jane Vuligwa is a distinguished Supply Chain professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in Procurement, Logistics, and Strategic Sourcing across the Public Sector, NGOs, and Private Industry. She has a proven track record of delivering cost savings, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading transformative supply chain initiatives.
In her role as the Company’s Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, Ms. Vuligwa applies her deep expertise in supply chain strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to support the development of critical national infrastructure.
Before joining KETRACO, Jane held senior leadership roles at Kenya Railways and Rift Valley Railways, where she successfully led various high-impact procurement and logistics projects.
Jane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management. She is a Licensed Procurement Practitioner and an active member of both the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
